Metal Casting & CNC Machining Services
We are a Qingdao-based foundry and machine shop supplying custom cast and machined metal parts to OEM buyers worldwide. Casting, heat treatment, machining and inspection run under one roof — which means one supplier owns the datum scheme, one quality system covers the part from melt to shipment, and there is no foundry-versus-machinist argument when a dimension is disputed.
What We Manufacture
Process selection is driven by part size, geometry, required finish and annual volume. We run five casting processes plus machining in-house, so the recommendation you get is based on what actually fits the part rather than on the only process available.
Casting Processes
- Silica sol investment casting (lost wax) — fine detail, Ra 3.2-6.3
- Sand casting — large parts and low-volume tooling economics
- Gravity die casting — repeatable aluminium structural parts
- Low-pressure casting — pressure-tight aluminium housings
- Lost foam casting — complex shapes without parting lines
- How the investment casting process works, step by step
Machining & Finishing
- CNC turning and milling of cast and bar stock parts
- Heat treatment: annealing, normalizing, quench and temper
- Solution annealing for austenitic stainless castings
- Surface finishing, shot blasting and paint-ready surfaces
- Assembly and sub-assembly of finished components
- Pressure and leak testing on fluid-carrying parts
Materials We Pour
Grade selection follows the environment first, the load case second, and the budget third. Each guide below covers composition, mechanical properties and the specification detail that prevents disputes at incoming inspection.

Quality Control & Industries Served
Every order ships with per-heat material certification. NDT method and acceptance class are agreed per zone before the first pour rather than argued about after delivery.
