Our company is located in Pingdu, Qingdao, China, covering an area of approximately 34,000 square meters. We specialize in advanced silica sol investment casting and coated sand casting processes, focusing on high-temperature-resistant precision castings and finished parts made of stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, aluminum-magnesium alloys, and nickel alloys. Our products serve a variety of industries, including railways, automobiles and trucks, construction machinery, mining machinery, forklifts, agricultural machinery, shipbuilding, petroleum machinery, construction, valves and pumps, motors, hardware, and power equipment. We manufacture products based on customer drawings or samples.

Currently, our products are exported to numerous countries and regions, including France, Germany, the United States, the Czech Republic, Spain, the Netherlands, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea, and Japan.

The company has achieved certifications such as IATF16949 Quality Management System for the automotive industry, ISO9001 certification, national high-tech enterprise recognition, and has been identified as a Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, a Qingdao Specialized and New Model Enterprise, and a Qingdao Casting Materials and Casting Technology Engineering Research Center. We also hold multiple invention and utility model patents.

Equipped with comprehensive processing capabilities, including 3-axis/4-axis/5-axis CNC machining centers, and advanced industry-leading equipment such as the Nikon XTH 320 industrial CT scanning workstation, we also utilize precision testing devices like the Spectro analyzer, Nikon metallurgical microscope, Hexagon coordinate measuring machine, and advanced casting production facilities. These resources ensure high-precision finished parts and meet requirements for material composition, dimensional accuracy, and quality inspection.
