Our Story

Our company is located in Pingdu, Qingdao, China, covering an area of approximately 34,000 square meters. We specialize in advanced silica sol investment casting and coated sand casting processes, focusing on high-temperature-resistant precision castings and finished parts made of stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, aluminum-magnesium alloys, and nickel alloys. Our products serve a variety of industries, including railways, automobiles and trucks, construction machinery, mining machinery, forklifts, agricultural machinery, shipbuilding, petroleum machinery, construction, valves and pumps, motors, hardware, and power equipment. We manufacture products based on customer drawings or samples.

Pre-Production

Technical assessment

Before proceeding to production, our engineering team conducts a professional technical review of your part design. This process includes a detailed design audit of 3D models, 2D engineering drawings, and related technical documents, with a focus on evaluating key elements such as material suitability, surface treatment processes, structural rationality, and manufacturing feasibility. Through systematic analysis, we ensure that the product design meets mass production requirements and achieves optimal process adaptability.

Material verification

As per customer requirements, we provide complete material certification documents required for part manufacturing. These certification reports, issued by raw material suppliers, cover material grade, dimensional specifications, mechanical performance parameters, chemical composition analysis, and heat treatment data. Authoritative testing ensures material quality complies with industry standards and customer specifications.

In-Production

On-site inspection system

To ensure precise positioning of materials during machining, we utilize an automated on-site inspection system. This system continuously monitors workpiece positioning through real-time location detection and dynamic compensation features, automatically correcting deviations. Leveraging a closed-loop feedback mechanism, it identifies potential anomalies early in the process, effectively preventing quality defects, significantly reducing rework costs, and improving overall production efficiency.

Process Quality Control

We have established a full-process quality control system, strictly implementing process specifications and inspection standards. Quality engineers conduct hourly inspections of production steps and record key parameters. Through real-time monitoring and data traceability mechanisms, we ensure process stability. This inspection mechanism quickly identifies deviations and initiates corrective actions, reducing quality risks at the source and ensuring product yield and batch consistency.

Step 03

Final-Production

Full-dimensional inspection report

As requested by customers, we provide full-dimensional inspection reports for all orders. These reports include part quantity statistics, measured values of key dimensional features, thread parameters and tolerance ranges, thickness/depth records, and surface appearance inspection results. The inspection data strictly adheres to standards and design specifications, ensuring that the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality fully meet technical agreement requirements.

Packaging

We implement a systematic packaging solution to mitigate logistics-related risks through a four-layer composite protective structure: the first layer uses wrapping paper; the second layer utilizes EPE cushioning to absorb impact loads; the third layer features custom foam pads to secure the product shape; and the fourth layer consists of a high-strength paper-wood composite box for rigid protection. This packaging effectively resists vibration, compression, and temperature/humidity fluctuations during transportation, ensuring the parts are delivered to customers with perfect functionality and appearance.
